In India infant mortality rate in the year 2017 was at about 32 deaths per 1000 live births, it was a significant decrease than previous your. Its noble work form whom the persons caring the pregnant and lactating mothers in different villages in India. Here represent some pictorial messages of pregnant and lactating mothers care in Bengali version prepared by Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Govt. of West Bengal. In the following pictorial messages the community volunteers Sima Di advised properly step by step to the mother's for her better care and protection.

In the above pictorial message the Didimoni (ANM of the Health Centre) registered the name of pregnant mother and give her a card also instructed that the card is very valuable and not to lost any more, minimum four checkup to be done at the centre during pregnancy as the Didimoni giuded.

Arrangement of supplementary food for pregnant and lactating women at Anganwari Centre.
The weight , blood pressure, movement of child will be checked up during health checkup.
(3)
Instructed to take 2 tetanus within one month and IFA tablet for three months.
(4)
Family level care and sleep at noon.
(5)
Maintain lite work, do not work hard and lifting weight. Encouragement of Institutional delivery and arrangement of money as well as attendant before delivery.
(6)
Necessary arrangements if home delivery is required. (It is not good practice, so many incidence to be happen during home delivery, always encourage delivery at hospitals or nursing home).
(7)
Female child and male child both are same.
(8)
Breastfeed the newborn with in one hour. Required special care and inform the Didimoni of Health Centre if and the child weight less than 2.5 kg.
(9)
The child only intake breast milk for 6 months. No water, no others.
(10)
The birth certificate will issued by the Gram Panchayat verified by the registration card of health centre.
